Refund policy

Damaged in transit Inspect your piece when it arrives and email cheddaartwork@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the artwork and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement print or a full refund on originals.

Returns Originals: returnable within 30 days, unhung and undamaged, in the original tube or box. We provide the return label. Prints: returnable within 30 days in original packaging.

How to start a return Email cheddaartwork@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved we'll send a prepaid label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted. Returns go to 4030 Wake Forest Rd STE 349, Raleigh, NC 27609.

Exchanges Since originals are one-of-a-kind, we handle exchanges as a return plus a new order. Email us and we'll walk you through it.

Non-returnable Gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period If your order ships into the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the piece is undamaged and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds We'll let you know once your return arrives and has been inspected. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a few extra days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email cheddaartwork@gmail.com.
