Shipping policy

Processing time Prints are made to order. Allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your print ships. Originals ship within 2 to 3 business days of your order, packed by hand.

Delivery Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the piece. Domestic (U.S.): 3 to 7 business days after shipping. International: 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination.

Packaging Works on paper ship rolled in a rigid protective tube. Canvas pieces ship flat in a reinforced box with corner protection. Every original is packed by hand before it leaves the studio.

Tracking You'll get a tracking number by email once your piece ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating.

Damaged or lost packages Inspect your piece when it arrives and email cheddaartwork@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the artwork and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement print or a full refund on originals. We can't control carrier, customs, or weather delays, but reach out and we'll help you chase it down.

International orders Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.
