* **No Transfer of Rights:** The purchase of a physical piece of original artwork or an art print **does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights** to the buyer. Cheddaartwork LLC retains full, exclusive copyright ownership of all artwork post-sale.
* **Prohibited Use:** You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any artwork, prints, or content from this Site without express written permission from Cheddaartwork LLC. Unauthorized digital downloading, scraping, or reproduction of image previews is strictly prohibited.
### SECTION 2 - DISPLAY, COLOR, AND TEXTURE VARIATIONS
We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our original artwork and prints as accurately as possible on the Site.
* **Digital Display Disclaimer:** Because digital displays, monitors, and screens use backlights that vary in calibration, contrast, and brightness, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will perfectly match the physical artwork or print.
* **Natural Texture Variation:** Original physical artworks may possess unique texture, brushstrokes, and surface imperfections that are inherent to the artistic medium. By purchasing, you acknowledge that **minor variations in color, tint, and texture** do not constitute product defects or grounds for a breach of contract claim.
### SECTION 3 - SHIPPING LIABILITY & RISK OF LOSS
All physical items purchased from Cheddaartwork LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
* **Transfer of Risk:** The risk of loss and title for all original artwork and prints **pass to you (the buyer) the moment we deliver the goods to the third-party shipping carrier** (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL).
* **Carrier Liability:** Cheddaartwork LLC is not liable for packages that are delayed, damaged in transit, lost by the carrier, or stolen via porch piracy after verified delivery. Any claims for transit damage or loss must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the buyer.
### SECTION 4 - ADVERTISING PIXELS, COOKIES, AND PRIVACY INTEGRATION

IN ALL EVENTUALITIES, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CHEDDAARTWORK LLC TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM A PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ITEM IN QUESTION.
